We develop a care plan specific to their needs, giving them the peace of mind knowing that there is a full team supporting them and their family to reach their care goals. LA Coast PACE offers support to caregivers, along with the peace of mind that care needs are being met by a team of experienced professionals that are passionate about serving seniors.
