LA Coast PACE Virtual Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

Join us for a virtual ribbon-cutting ceremony! 

Please join us in celebrating the opening of LA Coast PACE, our newest PACE program serving the greater Long Beach area. 

Though the coronavirus pandemic has changed the way we all work, there’s never been a clearer imperative to keep frail seniors living more independently in their own homes and communities. We’re thrilled to bring our comprehensive medical and social care model to seniors across the South Bay and Westside region.

Join us on Friday, July 17 for our virtual ribbon-cutting and to learn more about our program and Home PACE model of care. Log-in for a pre-celebration at 10:45 a.m. PST and our ribbon-cutting ceremony will commence at 11 a.m. PST.

Be sure to RSVP to access the online celebration! Event details will be sent once you kindly register by July 15. Five lucky attendees will receive a gift card to a local Long Beach restaurant on 4th Street.
