You're invited to The Guidance Center's 2nd Annual Social Hour benefiting our It's About T.I.M.E. program! This year the event will be held on Thursday, May 10th at 5:30pm-7:30pm at Great Society Cider & Mead in downtown Long Beach. Because of your support, It's About T.I.M.E. (Trauma-Informed Movement in Education) has spread to another LBUSD school - Poly Academy of Achievers and Leaders (PAAL) - and has begun partnering with LBUSD's Head Start since last year's Social Hour event! More educators have been equipped with the trauma-informed lens and It's About T.I.M.E. Calming Toolkits, meaning more students have been supported through trauma-informed relationships.
