The California Conference for Equality and Justice (CCEJ) is a nonprofit working to transform communities to end discrimination, oppression and injustice through dialogue, education, and conflict resolution. With over 57 years of service to Southern California, CCEJ is recognized by businesses, schools, colleges, universities, community organizations, and government agencies as a leading expert in the areas of anti-bias education, youth leadership development, juvenile diversion, and Restorative Justice training & coaching. CCEJ trained over 2,600 adults and 1,800 students in 2019. We’re excited to share that we are recruiting for illume: Restorative Culture Shift Institute. illume is a 6-month learning journey through core knowledge and skills for using Restorative Practices in a range of settings including K-12 schools, colleges & universities, nonprofits, workplaces, government agencies, and community settings. Through trainings, self-directed practice, and coaching calls, participants in illume will grow as Restorative Justice practitioners. Folks with a wide range of experience with Restorative Justice practices are welcomed to apply.
