HO, HO, HO it’s FueGO ToGO for delicious Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Dinners at Hotel Maya for order and pick-up on Thursday, December 24 from 5-9 p.m. and Friday, December 25 from 3-9 p.m. Fuego, the modern, Latin infused restaurant and lounge, is brining this year’s Christmas Dinners from its kitchen to the home table for the holidays. “We are striving to bring the best of Fuego from our home to yours this holiday season as we celebrate safely at home with family, while enjoying delicious food prepared for you by our talented Chef Victor Juarez,” said Greg Guthrie, General Manager at Hotel Maya - a DoubleTree by Hilton. “FueGO ToGO pick up service is effortless and provides our guests with a one-stop, pass-off from out staff to your car for a Christmas meal with all the trimmings.” Executive Chef Juarez’s Christmas Eve Dinner and Christmas Day Dinner appetizers include Corn Chowder with cilantro mojo, kaffir lime, huitlacoche and chili oil; Heirloom Apple and Candied Walnut Salad with baby green leaves, dried cherries, roasted acorn, feta cheese and Zinfandel citrus vinaigrette; or Short Rib Tamales with stone ground masa, guajillo sofrito, chanterelle mushrooms and cashew crema. Christmas Dinner Entrées feature Mary’s Farm Roasted Turkey with shallot and sage pan gravy, Yukon gold potato purée, Blue Lake beans, brioche mushroom dressing and orange cranberry compote; Chilean Sea Bass with pan-roasted sea bass, fried sage butter sauce, blistered tomato, spinach, fingerling potatoes with arugula and lobster garnish; Tenderloin of Beef with whiskey peppercorn Brussels sprouts, valdeon blue cheese, potato purée and honey glazed carrots; or Sofrito Quinotto – Gluten Free and Vegan with cauliflower, chanterelle mushrooms, wilted arugula, parsley, citrus zest and roasted almonds. Fuego’s Christmas dessert is Apple Pecan Caramel Cheesecake with cinnamon orange cream and dried cranberries. FueGO ToGO Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Dinner menus are A la Carte.
