Courtney Chatterson is the Special Projects Officer for the Business Development Bureau in the City's Economic Development Department. She joined Economic Development in 2022 to manage over $20 million in economic recovery programs under the Long Beach Recovery Act. She previously worked as the Communications Specialist for the Office of Sustainability where she launched the City's Green Business Program under the California Green Business Network. She has an M.S. in Environmental Studies from Cal State Fullerton and an M.A. in international Development from the Graduate Institute of Geneva Switzerland. She believes small businesses are the heart of the Long Beach community and the foundation for its economy, and loves to experience all they have to offer, especially the food!

Your generous donations will go a long way in supporting their efforts to combat hunger this holiday season. Most needed items: Extras (cooking oil, coffee, salsa, condiments, etc.) Protein (canned tuna, buts, peanut butter, etc.) Dry foods (pasta, cereal, mac-n-cheese, crackers, etc.) Ready-to-eat foods (soup, instant meals) to our Good Afternoon Long Beach Luncheon. Together, we can make a difference and bring warmth to those in need.
