The purpose of this meeting is to elect the Board of Directors for fiscal year 2018-2019. Please consider this the official notification of our annual meeting as stated in the Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce Bylaws, Article III, Sections 3.09 through 3.11, and Article IV, Section 4.03.
The following individuals have been nominated and are being proposed as board of directors for a three-year term beginning July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, 2019:
